Exchange or Refund

Customer satisfaction is very important at RaRa Star.  All items are diligently checked before posting however if an item does arrive with a fault we will happily replace or refund.  Please contact us via email at info@rarastar.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange an exchange or store credit.  If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please make yourself fully aware of all pre-order and turnaround times before ordering. Please contact us if your order is urgent prior to placing the order. 

Please note all sales are final and we do not refund for change of mind.

Handmade or custom items are not refundable.

Additional non-returnable items are: Sale items and Gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its original price tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
